The Energy Quadrant Exercise is a way of organizing your thoughts and getting a birds eye view of your next steps.

Print out as many sheets as you'd like and complete the exercise whenever it feels valuable to you.

Use the blank spaces to jot down ideas, tasks, or anything that comes to mind related to your new idea.

Once you’ve got it all down, reflect on how well our out of balanced your chart appears. Where can you shift your focus to become more balanced? What should you start with first?
